Brief History:
We are engaged in the machine tool line manufacturing of “SPECIAL
PURPOSE MACHINES” (SPMS) (by the name and style M/s. Jaymala
Machine Tools.) We are (running) in this business (unit under my
proprietorship) since last 10 years. Prior to the starting of this
unit I was in employment for about 14 years as a Mechanical
Engineer in various capacities.
My unit is located at R.S. No.578/1 adjacent to MIDC area. I am
manufacturing SPM’s and also under taking job work. I have
supplied SPM’s to various reputed corporate and non-corporate
manufacturers. To name a few of them are:
a) Raymonds-J. K. Files& Tools Ltd.
b) Bajaj Auto Ltd. Aurangabad
c) Kalyani Brakes India Ltd.
d) Menon Pistons Ltd.
e) Manugraph (India) Ltd.
f) Endurance Transmission Systems
g) Sonai Engineering (Bapu Jadhav group of firm) etc.
Almost all the above customers are my repeat customers. I have
supplied many machines with different techniques and all have
proven quality standards.
Need for SPM’s is because all the techniques, requirement of
convenience and facilities, new researched products mass
production & production down time minimization etc. For instance
the plastic bags now banned packaging and carrying. Paper bags
have taken their place. This has resulted into SPM’s for
manufacturing paper bags .Thus so long as manufacturing goes on
SPM’s are meritable.
Working for about last 10 years I have gathered enough “Commercial
knowledge” to exploit my engineering skills. The present turnover
of my unit is about 1Crore 39 Lacs. Considering the orders on hand
I am expecting a turnover of Rs. 2 Crore for the ending
31.03.2008.
