Co₂ Gas Core Shooter

APPLICATION :

• To make various integrated shell cores with CO₂ gas for SG & CI foundry.

• Core capacity : Min 0.100 Kgs. Max 2.000 Kgs.

• PLC Control.

• Three pneumatic Cylinders with manifold.

• Air control butter fly valve with Rotary actuator.

• Gas Magazine to supply CO₂ gas for core soaking.

• Vibrator Motor – 0.15 HP.

• ‘Y’ Type valve for Air & gas.

CORE SHOOTING OPERATION :

• Sand will pass to the Core Die, by pressurized air. After filling the die with sand, CO₂ gas will pass to the core for soaking. After soaking the core, die will open & required core is ready for production.
   

BENEFITS :

• Easy die installation i.e. No clamping. Hence less cycle time & higher productivity.

• Power consumption is 0.15 HP only for 1hr per shift. Hence more power saving
  and less product cost.

• Core soaking is with CO₂ gases which avoid labor's work & higher productivity.

• One operator can use two M/c. Hence more productivity with less cost.

• Various Interlocks are provided to the Machine to avoid Manipulate the functions.
